I was texting David about continuing the work on my arm. This time my upper arm/bicep. He instructed me to email what I want.

I'd like an original piece that is an anime rendition of the Lovecraftian god Azathoth drawn as a (anime girl) woman. Azathoth is a mass of tendril like stars and space dust so drawing it as a humanoid will be a difficult challenge. finding reference art seemed near impossible. But if David needs reference art to get started let me know and I will do my best to find some. It took me a couple weeks to think of some key features I'd like to see. Here are a few ideas. Everything I describe is fine being optional. It's ok for the art to come from the artist's imagination but i'd like him to consider the following.

Azathoth is the sleeping god whose dream creates everything in the universe. so I'd like the character's face to be serene, peaceful. so its eyes would be closed but its an eldritch god so feel free to include open eyes in its tendrils or elsewhere on its body. the tone of the face and skin would look a pale shade of blue maybe. the hair I'd like to be a vibrant mix of purple and blue or purple and red.

I'd like her to be in the sitting position holding a sun in her hand. instead of clothes I'd like her to be wrapped up in slick oil like tendrils with skin showing underneath especially around the chest area but no full nudity (no nipples). maybe an eye or gem on her chest unless idk that's up to you entirely.

I'd like to see the tendrils reaching out behind her and towards a black hole with a star directly behind it creating a glow around an event horizon.

In the original lore for Azathoth there are eldritch beings that play/sing a lullaby to keep Azathoth sleeping. the song is is supposed to be maddening. i dont know what these beings would look like and they aren't really in art of azathoth so i'm not sure its very relevant but if you could figure out how to incorporate that that would be interesting. The piece would make it more recognizable as Azathoth.
