Original Character of mine: Zeith, Dark Chasseur of Stealth
The TLDR of Zeith is he is the first RP character I ever created which was based on a now defunct card game (Magi-Nation Duel) which spawned a TV series and Gameboy Color game. There was an online forum where folks created our own characters and we would role-play by typing out what our characters would do on forums and the moderators would give us quests and battle scenarios and we would collaborate with others to tell stories. This happened from about 2001 until the forum eventually shut down in 2007. It was huge piece of my life throughout my middle school, high school, and college years (ex: I made friends on AOL Instant Messenger from the forums who eventually became my college roommate and best friend).

As for a description of him:
Zeith stands about 6'5" and weighs about 180 pounds and is a nightmare to behold. Late in the RP campaign, he underwent a transformation to become half magus and half creature, a Koil (link to OG card). The following is the description directly from the moderator/game master years ago: " Dark energy exploded from Vertumn's fingers, entwining around Zeith before he could take a breath. What was at first a warming sensation turned suddenly into excruciating pain. His entire being felt as though it were being torn apart by Vertumn's dark energies. Slowly the changes began to take place. His muscles began to bind together into more tendril shapes as his gray skin took on a silvery sheen. The skin on his chest feet and the back of his hands began to harden into a black carapace as short tendrils began to emerge from his elbows and back. Another carapace began to harden on his forehead as his sight flickered from what once was, to something different. Slowly the energy subsided, as Zeith took his first breaths as something more than just another Coreling. His vision had changed, turning every shadow in the room into a living entity that seemed to want to bow to him. He glanced up at the other two magi to suddenly realize as soon as he saw them, that he could tell with absolute certainty what each was afraid of, something that Zeith would have to keep to himself for future reference."

The rest of his description was pre transformation so it doesn't account for the tendrils and carapace but I have included them for reference as well.

This denizen of the Core accents his dark heritage with pure black eyes. His hair is an ombre of light gray, silver and white. His skin is a grayish hue with purple highlights dotted across the body. His vestments consist of an ancient armor which is gray and red, sewn together with bones of fallen creatures and magi. There are deep purple orbs, three in all, that are located in the breastplate of the armor. The armor continues down Zeith's legs with gray greaves and short spikes jutting out from the lower calf of the leg.

Suspended from his neck is a silver chain with a golden ring with black writing on it. Around his belt is a satchel for three throwing knives, each unique and devilish in design and make. Tied to the leather belt on his right is the legendary Chaos Sphere (link to OG art), always glowing a deep purple with black with cackling electric energy every so often. It is suspended from a chain of the same color. He wears bracers of black and crimson with a large purple gemstones along each of his 4 knuckles (Magi only have 4 fingers in this world), Each finger is adorned with a ring from where the creatures are conjured.

I feel like the tendril/carapace vibe will mesh really well with your tattooing style. I am extremely open for your artistic interpretation of him and it doesn't need to be a full body shot of him if it doesn't make sense to you. As for where to get it tattooed, I have a few potential spots from right bicep/arm or anywhere on my left leg but would ideally love to chat with you in person about placement based on how much space you would need to do your best work. I am very flexible with things and prefer when the artist is stoked and bought into things.
